Designing care provider experiences at Verily

My work at Verily focused on designing for care providers as part of building Verily Value suite. I’ve synthesized some key accomplishments into a slide deck.

Responsibilities and accomplishments include:

  • Delivered an MVP UX for a critical feature, and iterations on other features. Anticipated future work by creating prospective designs and reusable/configurable library components
  • Planned and set product objectives with key stakeholders, including defining key metrics through design explorations and aiding roadmapping via design artifacts
  • Ensured the highest quality of delivered work: reviewed work in progress with engineers in a dev environment to ensure speed and quality of updates, and co-facilitated a team bug-bash
  • Conducted an audit of our product with the accessibility team
  • Supported research & content designers with study assets and synthesis, and helped team to express areas of uncertainty

Outside of my core team, I’ve also been an engaged member of the UX community at Verily at large. Examples include:

  • Increasing the reach and impact of research by improving synthesis decks, wireframes based on studies, and email templates
  • Audited other teams’ work for UI inconsistencies
  • Collaborated on visual improvements to data style guides
  • Socialized ‘How to run a Bug Bash’ to other teams
